Privacy policy

Absolute privacy, no exceptions, no weasel words. We will never disclose or sell on any personal details or email address to anyone. Details of your transactions with us are confidential and will remain so.

Credit card security

If you pay online we do not see your card details at all and thus we cannot store them. Cards are validated by the largest British gateway provider - Sagepay(formerly Protx) and processed by Barclays. State of the art secure servers at the highest security levels available are used for all online transactions.

Emailing list

Joining We adhere to industry best practise - no one is signed up without answering a confirming email sent the newly subscribed address.

If you choose to join our emailing list we will send you occasional emails to tell you of news, new plants or offers (only). This is usually less than one email a month. Removal you can un-subscribe yourself or re-join, at any time, from our site.

Your account

This is opened when you place an online order and it exists to save you entering name and address details each time you order. It also stores copies of your online orders with us, for your convenience.
* It does NOT store any card details.
* It does NOT sign you up for the emailing list.
You can also use your account to check the despatch of orders or the arrival of payments. Other customer facilities are being added.
